Booking and Cancellation Policies

We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 48 hours before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee of 50% the price of your scheduled appointment.

COVID or any sickness is NOT exempt from this policy. Please reach out as soon as possible if you need to cancel.

15 minute late policy: If you show up 15 minutes or more late, you will either receive a shortened service or we will have to reschedule your appointment. If we have to reschedule, you will be charged the 50% no show fee.

You agree to this policy when you book your appointment. A card will be kept securely on file for this policy.
