What is the cancellation policy?

We have a 48 hour cancellation/no show policy. If you cancel in under 48 hours of your scheduled service or no show your appointment, you will be charged 50% of your service cost. A card is required to be kept on file for our cancellation policy. You agree to this policy when you book your appointment.

COVID or any sickness is NOT exempt from this policy. Please reach out as soon as possible if you need to cancel.

What is the late policy?

We have a 15 minute late policy. If you show up 15 minutes or more late, you will either receive a shortened service or we will have to reschedule your appointment. If we have to reschedule, you will be charged the 50% no show fee. If you opt to receive the shortened service, the total service cost will remain the same.

What types of payments are accepted?

For your convince, we have a couple different options. We do take all Debit and Credit Cards, cash, and Zelle. Apple Pay (tap) is accepted as well. Cash tips are appreciated.

Can I bring a guest/kid to my appointment?

Within the salon, we are working with hot tools, shears, and many different chemicals. We ask that you leave your kids at home so you can come and enjoy a relaxing experience away. We also don't want to disrupt our other guests experience with children being present.

Our space is a cozy and intimate place with limited room for extra guests. We ask that you refrain from bringing someone with you to your appointment. If you need to bring someone with you, please reach out to us ahead of time so we plan ahead. Thank you for your understanding.

Blowout Package/Membership Questions

Does my Blowout Package expire?

Your package does NOT expire.

When will I be billed for my membership?

Your billing date is the date you signed up for the membership. The membership bills monthly on the same date. We can't change the billing date.

If you would like to know your billing date, please give us a call and we'd be happy to assist you.

Do my membership perks roll over to the following month?

Unused blowouts roll over to following month.

Unused benefits do NOT roll over. You must use your membership perks within one Month of your billing date.

Can I pause my Blowout Membership?

After 3 month of being enrolled, you may unenroll if you need. You can re-enroll at anytime. Membership pricing is subject to change if you choose to unenroll.
