Positions at Lovlee

CO-STYLIST

The Co-Stylist Program is a program designed to help you grow your knowledge in all areas of being a stylist and to give you confidence behind the chair. You receive on-the-job experience while working alongside a seasoned stylist. This course is about a 9 month program but it is self-paced course.

In order to complete the course, you will have to complete the service sign offs. These can entail front desk duties, back bar tasks, mannequin work and live client work. Your stylist will need to review and approve your work in order to receive the sign off. Once all sign-offs are completed, you will then start taking clients. 

As the Co-Stylist is ready to take clients, one day will be opened up a week for clients and a day of Co-Styling will be taken off. Once client day is consistently booked, a day of Co-Styling will be taken off and another client day will be added. This process will stay in place until you are deemed a Full Time Stylist.

We offer extensive mentorship throughout our Co-Stylist Program. We want you feel confident and have the skills you need stepping our as a Hair Designer.

Co-Stylists will be paid an hourly wage plus mentor tip-outs.

Pay starting at $15 per hour. Earn up to $17 per hour as a Co-Stylist.

HAIR DESIGNER

Our Hair Designers are our service providers. Your role as a Hair Designer is to offer exceptional results and give our guests an experience unlike any other. You are apart of creating the Lovlee brand and showing our community what makes you and Lovlee different.

As a Hair Designer, we offer continuous mentorship throughout your time with us. We want to help encourage and inspire you to grow and flourish in all aspects of your life and we believe that starts within the salon.

We are a sliding scale commission salon so what that means for you is we are continuously striving to offer you endless growth opportunities. We want to extend opportunities to every Designer who works with us such as Co-Stylists, educating or leadership roles inside of Lovlee.

Hair designers are paid on a commission pay scale.

As you grow behind the chair within our space, we continuously are striving to provide you with growth opportunities. Advance into mentorship and supporting the growth of the next generation of hairstylists. Become a lead within Lovlee. Position details are currently developing.

FRONT OF HOUSE

The Front of House team is the clients first and last impression in the salon. The smallest details leave the biggest impressions in this role. We are looking for someone who is naturally a warm and welcoming person, detail oriented and passionate about making a guest's experience truly great.

Position is Part-Time | 18-25 Hours/Week
Schedule: Thursday, Friday & Saturday

Starting Pay: $15/Hour

Please note: We are not seeking someone looking to transition into a stylist or hair industry role.
